    Clients are able to book all their appointments online, be it appointments to see the doctor, admission or theatre; Order their prescriptions; Access their laboratory test results with all privacy and confidentiality; Family and friends can discharge their relatives and conveniently make payments online.
  • CELEBRATION FACILITIES Our esteemed clients do not have to wait for their return home to celebrate the arrival of the new bundle of joy.
    We allow for celebrations at Royal Gardens Hospital.
    We shall provide you with your favorite bottle of wine, boxes of chocolates, fruits and flowers. After all, the arrival of the long awaited baby calls for a celebration!
  • ACCOMODATION SERVICESRoyal Gardens Hospital has 10 private en suite rooms (cottages).
    Our clients visiting family members and friends do not have to board in hotels in town and put up with the hassle of commuting to and from the hospital.

    The rooms are private and beautifully furnished in a very warm homely style. Clients who do not wish to be accommodated in our private en suite rooms are welcome to use our alternative rooms, which are categorized as Royal, Premier and Standard.

 

ROYAL GARDENS HOSPITAL is committed to a holistic philosophy
of health and provides comprehensive services ranging from health
promotion to clinical expertise and leadership in maternity services,
gynaecology, laborator services and specialist care of newborn babies.

  • TRANSPORTATION We appreciate that women are financially able but more so independent. We also appreciate that despite being independent and able to make their own free decision, sometimes they need
    an extra caring hand and that is where we come in.

    Labor might set in unexpectedly, the mother may suddenly feel pain
    or discomfort, and she might not be able to drive herself to the hospital. She needs not to worry. All she needs to do is give us
    a call and we will come get her from where ever she is.

    After delivery, we also provide transport to our esteemed client.
    The new mom is accompanied by a qualified nurse to ensure that the mother and baby arrive home safe and sound.

    We also make home visits the first couple of weeks because we appreciate that the arrival of a new baby comes with a lot of new changes which we need to help the mother especially first time mothers to adjust to.


Natural Birth


  • If a mother has had a smooth easy pregnancy, we highly advocate for a safe natural birth.
    Our qualified mid wives see the mother through labor all the way to delivery. Tthis is done in a very homely enviroment which is warmly lit with soft soothing music at the background to calm the mother's nerves.
    There is an in house gynaecologist on call at each time should the mid wife need a doctors helping hand in delivering the baby.

Underwater Birth


  • Under water birth is the process of giving birth in a tub of warm water. A mother may choose to labor in the water and get out for delivery or decide to stay in the water for the delivery as well.
    The theory behind water birth is that the baby has been in the amniotic sac for 9 months and birthing into a similar environment
    is gentler for the baby and less stressful for the mother.
    Royal Gardens Hospital is the first hospital in Kenya to provide
    for water birth.
